To many times in this age of faced paced lifestyles, realism is not always what it appears. With the advent of the "info-mercial" just about anyone with a credit card can become an "expert".

The "experts" are brokers who are taught to think of their bank accounts first and to never work with you to ascertain what are your best interest. People
Our highly trained staff is here to help you at every turn. Each member of our staff is required to train in every aspect of the business before they are allowed to work with the client. Every Thursday each staff member attends a training session.
These sessions are used as a refresher and also allows the staff to present their cases to the whole company, in turn receiving input from everyone. These sessions allow for more input on ways to optimize every option for each client. No staff member is solely responsible for optimization, optimization is handled as a group effort.

When Saber Financial Group, first developed the now popular BEDMP Program it was strictly used as as in house system. In our real estate division we handle mortgage notes, these notes are written when a seller of a property carries the note and receives the payments, commonly referred to as land contracts.
We handle the purchase and sales of these notes, yet we found that the party that was making the payments were affecting the price that we could pay for these notes. Either with past payment history or their credit scores were to low. So we developed the BEDMP Program to help not only the party that was paying to get back on the right path, but to help the seller get better pricing for their note. Some would argue that we should have bought low, fixed the problems and sold high. That is a valid argument, yet not the way we operate.
As we started to see the results come in and the affect that the program was having on these notes, we went back to the Program to see what could make it better. In late 2007, the results were clear, a new, redesigned BEDMP Program. With the addition of non-homeowners and businesses, we are now able to help more people with their debt problems.
Every few months or so we do another review of the Program to see what can be added or changed. During the summer of 2008 we made such changes, the first being the BEDMP System on CD-ROM. The second the addition of Loan Modification Services.
Our goal with the BEDMP System is to make it as strong and powerful a debt management tool as we possibly can. The final results have been the best product of it's kind.
